Make lots of Ixeide, which eats through the core just like acid through metal. Make Ixeide by dumping Boomzene and Creeper Eater in the same spot. Make Creeper Eater and Boomzene by powering the four factories, which produce the components for those. You only have enough power to run one or two factories at a time.

Sure with the last sentence?
I had all 4 factories running in the end (All creeper destroyed, all other buildings nullified, complete fleet deployed).

For reference I started left and first destroyed the both portals :)

You can make the ixeide 1-2 missions sooner. Fun fact I found out by accident on one of the tangent missions. While it's meant to eat through the nexus in the last mission, it gets stuck on creeper and "dies". However, it will eat through other things too. Namely every enemy in the game. The gateways, the particle emitters, the phantom spawners, etc. It will also obliterate the IXE cores, which while you would think might softlock the missions, it will instead instantly finish it. No need for the apex to "charge" them.
