its bugged, anyone help!

after i clicked multiplayer(which is impossible to play online), i back to single palyer, but it keep ask me the account and says cant connect to the lobby. i dont know why, and restart PC didnt help

it says error: unable to connect to network(64) cannot establish connection to our servers./ pls check your internet connection and your firewell setting. problem is im playing single player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
