I go to hit play, it pops up with a firstime setup, complete it, nothing happens start it again, a new pop up, nothing again. just keeps not starting after pop ups.

Edit: suggested issue fixes worked. But feel free to keep thread alive for others ISO answers.

Right click the game hit PROPERTIES then go to FILE LOCATION the find sacred2.exe right click it and hit run as administrator. Also the EXE should be in the System folder in sacred 2

First just in case anyone elts comes to read this it is hard for me to help a laptop run this game. Because i cant tell you to just go and get a cheap $100 video card to run Sacred 2.

So i think the problem could be the Intel HD Graphics 5500 i couldn't find anything about the video memory.

So i think you should re-install Sacred 2 do that other thing i told you to do again.

If that dosn't work you might want to try and find video drivers for your laptop that might of came with the laptop or you can find intel drivers online. Let me know what happens.

Did you install the Legacy PhysX drivers? They are located in the games folder.
Try installing those if you haven't already.

I have it for 360, but unfortunately I ended up homeless, so I am currently only gaming on this laptop at night. I have the entire franchise, and I want to playthrough in chronological order, 2, 1, citadel, 3

They are in your Sacred 2 folder look for the folder named redist then there will be a folder called physx

G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sacred 2 Gold\redist\PhysX

Thats what the exact adress looks like let me know if it works.

I'm so glad I posted. I forgot how great and helpful the steam community is. It's way better than console community.
