no teleport works.....HELP

Steam replaced 27 missing files( post below) and the game played flawless till just before I quit the teleport's stopped working. I could activate 1 but when I moved off it would not stay active so using teleport's to move around the map was not possible.
I am going to reinstall the game to see if it will correct this fault. but I have my doubts. I hope someone who reads my 2 latest posts can help because otherwise the game becomes unplayable.
