Item called "Item"
Early on in the game I got as a reward for completing a quest an item simply called "Item." In the inventory it resembles a basket. Does anyone know if it's used for anything or what it's purpose is?

It's a part of a questline the dev's never completed and eventually deleted. So in a way it's useless, but at the same time becaus of that it's also unique.
You can do with it what you like.
