How do I unlock the items or where do I get the codes from without using the CM Patch?

I think you need to insert the codes in the game's console, but I can't be sure, and you do need the codes (good luck if you don't have them already).

But honestly though, just install the CM Patch and they'll drop as loot. Plus it removes CTDs so you're really missing out on it. ;)

Yup did that already after quite a research. Still would be interesting to know where to get the codes from. The internet is very silent about them.

Precisely, they aren't listed left and right. They were IIRC part of a special physical bundle, like a collector's edition or something back in the day. They're the equivalent of gear DLCs that are usually sold for a few cents nowadays with most games.

We weren't allowed to post the codes anywhere...people had to post and ask us to send it to them. If I have time today, ill rummage round and see if i can find them

Oh, you're here aswell. Yeah, I saw the compilation on the wiki. But not an explanation on how to get them besides RNG with CM.
