The graphic isn't very appealing and feels a bit lackluster in my opinion.
I tried it because I like games where you have to sneak around and create a mess without being caught, but it didn't feel very engaging to play, and on harder stages of the game where you have trouble making it further, it just pairs with the frustration of the game being lackluster, so I didn't continue after the short time I played.

Others may forgive these parts of the game, but I couldn't, so I can't recommend the game, as there are more enjoyable games in this genre out there.

Neighbors from Hell was and still is a unique gaming experience. Unfortunately, no one has ever created a gameplay close in spirit. Victoria Games is a russian studio which tried to reproduce an old gameplay in their series named Bad Cat. Sadly, it's only a strange counterfeit. Unlike the original game here's only one location - a house where on different levels you have different permissions and slightly different subjects for an interaction. In most of the levels you don't know your goals, so in order to get items that should be placed or replaced you need to turn over everything that gets on your way. The criterias for completing the mission and getting stars are also unclear.

The game looks kinda cheap. I can't say that it has a bad design, because cartoonish style is a good choice. But animations and sometimes exit from the textures are creating a feeling of an average amateur work. The same can be said about the design of the menu and about the interface elements.

The sounds and music are ok. It's a basic music that can be heard in a lot of easy-going games but it suits well anyways.

Verdict. An unsuccessful attempt to make a semblance of a unique classic. Unfortunately, the non-intuitive interface and the feeling of an amateur level negate all efforts.
