Well I did not know I could, till now. And plus I saw the option for it online so I wanted to use it for practice. And I like the idea of playing against AI and people at the same time.
If no one posts them by when i get back I will try to find them for you.

Either click tutorial and select AI training (You'll fight a randomly chosen bot).
Or you can host a map (click play online and host) and use commands via the console.
Type 'find bot' in console to see a complete list of bot commands.
There are three types of bots, to enable them you must enable cheats by typing:
sv_cheats 1
followed by one of the following:
bot
bot_dev
bot_ffa
Im sure im doing this wrong. But I type in sv_cheats 1_bot_dev 1 and I still get no bots.
sv_cheats 1 is a command
bot_dev 1 is a seperate command
