Can't connect to a friend. Any suggestions?

One of us creates a server and another one cannot find it in server search. Whoever creates server we cannot find and connect to each other.

Here, check this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/225600/discussions/0/558750985622544675/ . Ports are specified in the last message. Both you and your friend have to open these ports in your firewall or routers. The host also has to configure a server.cfg file which contains settings for the server.
