Vanguard Face Bug?

every time i switch to vanguard from another character it keeps the other characters face? :/

The item server has been down for ~3-4 months. All of Vanguards official masks is tied to the item server. So Vanguard is technicly spawning with no mask at all. Since theres no mask to give to vanguard (except the ones on vanguard) the game will default to the last mask you wore on the last character you picked.

Download a mask off the workshop and use it and this will "mostly" stop.
