I stuck in the water pump control room
I couldn't get out after i got in. Is this a bug or it's a puzzle? Supposedly, i need to go shower after i got out.

Not a bug, There is cracked flooring behind the control computer desk, you need to throw a grenade to blow open the cracked floor, you can find a grenade in one of the cabinets inside the same room.
