Hide Wounds Effect

This Option doesnt hide wounds&dirt after 2 cutscenes, first one after the Shower cutscene and second after the Judi mutation and fall cutscene.

In both those cases the cutscenes essentially applies the effects to their maximum values. It's scripted damage and can not be avoided, this is probably why the wound effect bypasses the setting.

Whether or not it should is a debatable topic, I suppose if only for consistency the settings should be respected above lore or narrative contrivances.
