The controller issue has been fixed but the fact that you can't shot with your gun anymore is not a bug : you probably pushed the L1 button (on the Playstation controller, I don't know what it is called on the X-box controller) without noticed it so you switched mode without understanding what happened. You just need to push this button again and things will come back at their normal state.
