Stuck, cant find valve i guess(solved)

So im at the part were the only ways forward i can find are a, orange keycard door, the missing valve, and a room(with a bed icon next too it) for which i dont know the code(area A3 duty room) dont spoil anything please.
Side note, anyone know were the 1280 code found goes?
Also I apparently really need a shower lol.

Update: its at the end of the maintenance area, next to the save room past the Red/orange key card door. Walked right past it many times lol, ulg!

Update 2: WAIT WHAT ITS NOT THERE, watched a walkthrough to figure it out, The valve is missing!~ its not in my inventory either, wth?

"The valve wheel spawns in one of three spots. That's one of them. As you go through the double doors into the basement with the tanks, look up. Otherwise check the left wall between the vertical tanks."
