Weapon modification
Hey devs, first off you've all made a really good and enjoyable game here. But is it possible to have weapon modifications in this game?
Like higher penetration power, more damage, faster rate of fire, more ammo and etc.

A system with weapon upgrades already exists in the challenge modes, I heard they are looking into adding weapon upgrades to the story mode too.
I vouch for this too. This will add depth to the game. Right now it feels like a generic UE fps game and RNG to select a weapon mod isn't satisfying at all. Control and AC have a skill tree that's super satisfying and heavily affects weapons

I would like weapons like a samurai sword and assassin blades. The melee combat in this game should be expanded a bit, it's a lot of fun.:Mirro_KetsunoAna:
Just want to clarify further, when I say weapon modifications. I picture them as RE4 remake's weapon modding like buttstock, laser, scope and etc attachments. Not those upgrades from the challenge mode.
Well I only know what's been said previously, just that the developers were looking in to it, until they reveal more information we can only speculate, it might not even manifest at all, such is game development, not everything makes the cut.
attachements to help higher/highest difficulty maybe kinda cool
