how to play NEW GAME+?

Beat the game once, play again and your on new game plus, you will see a "Welcome back" message when starting, this is confirmation of new game plus.

Easiest way to know you're on a New Game+, right at the start there is a new room available with the gear weapon you had last game. This room is blocked by a shelf in the first playthrough.

to unlock NG+, you must take the elevator down to the lab, ending the current campaign run.
The game will give you your stats for the run like one of the challenge levels.

After that, when you start a new campaign, you will be given a small "Welcome Back" and the yellow shelving barriers will be gone.

Other than that, there is no special identifier stating you are in NG+. There is no special menu option, no + emblem anywhere, nothing.
