B2 Blocked Room

Has anyone found a way to the room with yellow cabinet blocking the door in B2 area?

Then the blocked area of A5 and B2 open.

Yeah I was new to that to, after finish game. Then start another new game, you will get a welcome back text. Then a door will be opened right at the beginning. After leaving the first scene with her. It will have crate/chest in it. Which I believe is the same one used in the Challenges modes.
In some of the challenge modes that you can unlock during first playthrough. Like the Desperate weepers which can allow you to grind that level.
Being able to deposit all the ammo in the chest. That you can collect in there. Which is like your main chest same one in Jodi's Office. That main chest will be transferred in that first new room when playing New game+
I believe it already includes all the gun weapons by default in the chest. Among few other things If never deposited anything in that main chest. During any challenge modes.

Otherwise stated, for most ppl that is just another new game, not new game +.
They should change the "new game" into "new game+" once you completed the story once, so ppl will aware.

Yup, I know the storage thing, been playing the playtest for a while.
