Please tell me how to get to the electrical control room.

How do I get into the electrical control room on the second basement level? No matter how hard I search, I can't get from the 4th floor to the 2nd basement floor. The elevator only works on the 4th and B2 floors. I need to go to the electrical control room to fix it, but I don't know how. I've been wandering around this for 4 hours.

Once you unlocked the Control room for the elevators you can change the floors you can access to reach B1 where the power room is.

I just want to go to the electrical control room. I can't go because B2's electrical control is already blocked.

use the pc in elevator control room, deactive B2 and active B1
and ready a pack of HK416 ammo

yes and playing newgame+, just start another newgame and its will unlock more areas to explore like A5 and A1
