How to use mine removal tool?
Help. I click on it and nothing happen.

You have to get close to landmine while crouching mode, then press "E" key when mine is outlined in yellow color. then you can use mine removal tool.
just make sure do not try stand up or jump while approaching it. it'll explode immediately

Shoot it at a safe distance, there is your removal. But yes the tool makes it safe to approach crouched and once you disable it you can reuse it against the enemies later.
