it's 1314 but i wouldn't recommend u open it, you can find the code by the area were u find the SMG, so if u don't have the SMG DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. u won't be able to progress.

I mean i went exploring just with the shotty and revolver and killed waht was behind it, i still have no idea how to get the code for the restroom area of A3 nor the smg

The code for the smg is a puzzle on the opposite wall to it. Namely the christmas poster.
It's kinda obscure so let me try to explain it:
There are 4, sections left to right, underneath are 9 images. Try reading the images like numbers from left to right in each section. 1, 2, 3 then one down, left to right again 4, 5, 6, and so on.
You then just have to note the numbers where the image of the present is on. This gives you the code.

The code for the room in A3 (If this is the room I think you mean) is a puzzle next to the door.
There is a little circular maze on the lower right corner of a poster. try reading it like a clock and solve it from inwards to the outside, noting the numbers on each exit. This gives you the code.

The symbol actually consist of 1314 formed as heart with strike, but yeah without hearing it 1st from the tape the puzzle hint kinda useless.

wish i read this 2 hours ago... lol handgun and revovle and a bunch bullets put her down after like 10 attempts on hardcore. ugh such a frustrating fight. good to know i was under geared

You don't need the SMG before opening the door, But make sure to dodge away when she goes to lung at you because yeah a single hit will knock you down and does a lot of damage.
4-6 Head shots will bring here down if using at least the Revolver, usually its best to use the shotgun since its easier to aim and use in the tight space.

I will note that 4-6 Head shots only apply on Easy, Normal took at least 6 and 1-2 additional shots on each difficulty above that.
