cant find the valve thingy

I have looked everywhere i'm pretty sure and I can't the thing that turns off the fire, also I need to find somewhere to shower but im stuck, any help is appreciated thank you

first you jump the chainlink fence in the basement level (climb on a crate near fence first)
kill everyone inside (be careful of mines in rooms), note the locked doubledoors, then go upstairs, there will be a corridor with a keycard locked door and rest room, you'll figure out the rest from there (use grenades or mines on cracked floor)

or you can look up a walkthrough on youtube for visual help

bruh I'm still lost af here where do you go after that hallway? I don't have the key and there is nothing but a shortcut here?

If you don't have the red keycard you'll need to go back up and find it. Look in the shower room itself, should be on the bench. While you're up there, you might as well open the vent (crawlway) to the saferoom next to the shower room.

My problem was I never found the valve. I was looking for a RED valve because the pipe was red... Turns out the valve is black and I missed it.

Doesn't help that they call it a faucet. It's a flamin' great big wheel...
