Softlock valve faucet

Just to inform you that I was confronted with a softlock in easy mode: when I wanted to use the valve faucet to activate the water pumps to reactivate the shower, I got a message telling me that I’m using the wrong object. While on my two runs in normal mode, I always used it without any worries. So, maybe it only happens in easy mode, I don’t know.

Anyway, although I tried to reload my game or do things differently, I did not manage to solve the softlock so I have no choice to give up this run so far.

I just did a very speedy run (on easy) to test your circumstance and didn't encounter any issues like you describe. The valve worked fine in both locations where you need to use it.

Well, I am on my fourth playthrough in hard and until now, it happened only in this run on easy mode. It's weird because I didn't do anything in particular in this run.

i don't even understand what 'faucet' means. is this even english? are you talking about the wheel to turn on the water pipes? in english we have the words tap, sink, wheel, valve. never heard of 'faucet'.

Real word, most people don't use it anymore as it's a little old fashioned, they'll just say tap.

Faucet essentially means; something used to regulate the flow of water through a pipe
