question about challenge modes
First, I love this game, tried it on a whim and its every bit better than expected.

I just finished the story part and am starting to play with the challenges. My question is, do they have a set point that you complete them? or do they just go on and on till you stop?

I admit, I'm not a great player. so I haven't come to any sort of stopping point yet. The death count just keeps adding up until I finally get killed. I did run across a clothing piece, and picked it up, but it did not save it because I got killed, and there is no way that I saw to go to a save room/mirror other than getting killed or exiting the challenge.

I've seen talk of rewards for the challenges, but I'm not sure how to get them, or what the criteria is to complete them.

hope that makes some kind of sense, what I'm asking!

Hey there, I just started trying the challenges myself recently.
All of them have endings I think. (after a certain amount of defeated enemies usually)
Some of them are diffrent, like, not just "kill X amount of enemies".
Maybe you need to collect a certain amount of a particular item, or reach a certain spot.
You get clothing rewards if you finish them, but the rewards are not tied to the difficulty, so you can play on easy, no problemo :)

They do have a beginning and an end, the goal depends on what type of challenge you're running. Some end after surviving a number of waves, hangar challenge is "go from A to B", shooting range is a weapon practice one and so on...
On survival challenges, there are hyper boxes and/or mirrors/shops on the map. Some of them are behind doors that open at the end of a wave.
