EDIT: Oh, you have to beat at least one mission first before the game decides to unlock DLC.
Do you mean 1 more mission after this part in the story?
The first time you get to Fuse is simply a tutorial bit... if you continue the story slightly further you will get a notification that you got a weaponspack at which point the extra persona's will become available to you too (and I'm not talking about the bit where you-know-who will charge you for creating new weapons)
Jeez I didn't realize these were lvl 90~ something game breaking Persona's able to be equipped well below lvl though. I don't think I want them anymore
it was the same with P5R; just don't summon them (in fairness, in their "seed" state you can get better persona's simply because fusing 2 will net you an extra skill, you can summon the DLC persona's only once before you'll have to pay for them and when it comes to stats the additional gunpack will make you OP enough.... it really doesn't matter if you deal 1000 or 100000000 damage to a creature if they only have 100hp; stuff can't get "deader than dead")
I wouldn't be surprised if those persona's and weapons were added simply for a way to have a story mode xD
Yeah I went back and replayed an earlier mission with those Persona's and you don't even have to summon them; the fact that you have ~400hp and +80 something Gun and Melee damage is more than enough.
Maybe I'll just hold onto them if I miss a bonus objective along the way, and I want to go back and just faceroll my way through it again.
