Report a translation problem
- Both set NAT-punchthrough to "never" (settings menu)
- The Host opens game normally
- The Client(s) enter the IP-address* to connect (dont use steam invite!)
- Maybe it can be important, that the Host opens/forward Port 31183 (TCP & UDP) in his router
- Maybe it will help to deactivate your anti virus software during playing.
*To find out the correct IP, the Host just browse to whatismyip.com and tell the Client(s).

It works for me and my friend.
but CiM2 mutiplayer does not synchronize for some unknown reasons and after a few hours, your friend will start complaining traffic jam but you see nothing jamming.
