Localization - translated languages

While it would help the game to be localized in multiple countries, i care only about Romania because i want to buy this for my dad. He played 2017 and loved it, but he couldn't handle the english text and he is too old to learn english.
I've heard how this game is the same year to year, but some changes must happen. Does the product have romanian language? Is there any way to translate it, without dev-like skills? Are there mods or anything similar to that? Is it planned for FM 2025?

You can take a look at https://reclown.com/fm-translation. Create translation project for Romanian language. A lot of work to do though so you'd probably need some help from Romanian community to get it done faster.

i've checked this out, i sadly have no free time for this; Thank you for your reply.
- how to use it is also a thing to uncover (a tutorial on youtube would be helpful).
Maybe FM's community manager will discuss this method of translation with the romanian community.
Otherwise, if there are no volunteers, FM should invest a bit in translating the game; it should attract plenty of older people, non-english speakers.
