The dressing room doesn´t agree with today´s team sheet
WHAT? WTF?
Dressing room doesnt agree? They are not there to agree!. They are there to do the job when I pick them. I am in charge, I pick up the starting 11. As I see fit. Since when is dressing room deciding who starts and who does not? NEVER in my 13 years of career have I experienced something like that.
What an absolutely stupid programming. Absolutely stupid.

:steamhappy::steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup: I laughed so hard I cried :-))
It would be nice if that screen came up before your submitted roster was final.
Like why would they wait until they were just about to trot on the field to tell you?
You don't think players have opinions on a managers choices? If you just follow how are you expected to lead? Everyone has opinions, players are no different.

Why would they complain about the starting line up if they haven't seen the roster,

The moment you press continue to the match is the moment when the roster is submitted to the ref and team.
Then they get dropped for 5 games

You think manager keep it top secret from players who he is playing and just spring it on them as they are running out of the tunnel? Do you even follow sports?

I've worked in the industry. the club i worked at the boss did his roster the morning of the match..

As a fm player you only see the roster pick pre match screen as there is nothing more to do until match time.

He wrote out the lineup to turn in, doesn't mean no one at the club knew who was starting, or that they didn't practice with the starters.

Anyone who has played sports at even a high school level knows that you know who is starting, unless something happens right before the game. And if the coach makes a change he tells the players before they are in the tunnel to come out.

One of the tw@ts who doesnt agree is actually picked up in starting 11. Another tw@t that doesnt agree is a 17yo goalkeeper who has been out injured (and still is!) for 3 months!
F off game.

skill issue
Imagine human beings having opinions and feelings. What a crazy idea, right?

And still you have no frigging idea how dressing room on elite level functions.
I pay absolutely no attention to that sort of thing from players. Never seems to affect achieving the end goal of the club I am managing. Their opinion on the team sheet, tactics etc is utterly irrelevant to me. Here to win football matches. You don't like it, you can be replaced.

And I suppose you do?

I would like to see evidence of this plox.
