- Make sure to turn off any VPNs.
- Make sure that the time zone and clocks on your machine are correct.
- Deauthorizing a machine removes it from Steam Guard authorization, which means that it will look like a new device the next time you use it to log in, and a Steam Guard code will be required.
If you've mistakenly checked the "remember me" box when logging in to a public computer or if your account has been compromised, you should deauthorize any computers that you've previously added to Steam Guard. You can do this from your Account Details page > Manage Steam Guard page. This will deauthorize all computers or devices that have access to your Steam account.
Users that have enabled Steam Guard on their Steam Mobile app will be able to see information about devices that have access to their Steam account.
- Try to re-verify the game files.
- If the above hasn’t worked, please try configuring Anti-virus. Avast, Bullguard and BitDefender have all been known to cause problems in the past.
If the above didn't helped, then open a ticket support: https://support.sega.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003117678
