Game doesn't load contents

I have a big problem to open saved games or load graphics as logos or kits in new games when I play FM24. It happened without reason, the unique difference since this problem is an error message when I launch the game that say "Unable to create dump directory".

In preferences, I have set the correct folder to load content. I try uninstall and reinstall the game, but I can't solve.

I need help please
