Staff Improvement

Has anyone seen how their staff has improved? whith the new mechanism the arrows that show how they improve like the players does

I’ve seen the arrows showing improvement, and can see the numbers changing, I just wish they had a ‘development’ window where you could see the graphs and exact numbers like you can the players.

Thanks, i saw the numbers changing but i diden't see the arrow, how did you do that? do you use the current skin or other skin ? Same, i wish they had a development windows

No but I can say that in multiple long saves in older FMs, I signed young staff who were 'model citizen' as youth coaches and even with very poor initial attributes they eventually grew immensely and became very good over the years. I'd be surprised if it doesn't still happen.

The main time I’ve seen it is immediately after the conclusion of a coaching course. That is when I see arrows everywhere.

The only other time I’ve seen them has been occasionally on sports scientist or physios just at random more or less.
