Delegate Training

Hi guys, Im "new" in FM, I played long ago when I was younger and now Im playing this season again, My doubt is, in the training section, I prefer to delegate the trainings of all the season to my assistant, and I did it, but each week, the same assistant tell me that the training sessions have some exercices that could provoque an injury in my players and I should change them, so, If the assistant are doing the training session, why he tell me that I have to change this or that? I have to change anything just like he say or just pass? Im doing something wrong? Thanks guys

I think he ask for your opinion as that is the schedule I would do but it could be too much but I still think is the right one so he ask you to make the last call

Ultimately even if you delegate it’s your team and you are responsible so in doubt they ask

You are better of downloading training schedules from the workshop. Search for "Mike" on the workshop, I use those now in my 1st season and seem to work.

no please don't download training schedule make your own or leave it auto you download training schedule than you will start complain "oh i have 8 injury in 1 match" and blame the game when you have no clue how nasty the training session is...

Since you delegate training to Assistant Manager or someone else, make sure to have high People Management and Motivating. Your X background staff, will assign training schedules based on his preferred tactical style (eg. Gegenpress) - using the preset ones (eg. Gegenpress).
