My FM24 Youth "guide" just released, take a look!
I made a guide in FM22 that contained the best Youth Rating countries in the world.
This year I took a step further and also included all clubs in the world that has equal to or above 15 in Youth Recruitment, Youth Facilities and Youth Coaching.

Be sure to check it out, you might find some excellent wonderkids using it. :steamthumbsup:

I just compiled it into rankings and lists for easy access and readability.
