I have to manage under 21 and 19's

I have to manage my youth teams and i have set it up for the other managers to do it but still making me manage them.

can anyone help with this please

under employees and responsebility you can change it, if you have done that and it doesnt work it sound like a bug,

If you don’t have a head coach for those units I think it forces you to do it.

you can have other staff members do it, not sure if this differ depending on counbtry

Think it must be a bug because i have set assistant manager to do it then changed it back to under 21 and 19 manager and still making me do it

Are you hitting the confirm button after you have delegated ?

yes I am just looking for skin with instant win button so i can do the under 21 and 18 games and play mine normally

You shouldn’t have to do those match make sure you have the right stuff set up in the right way
I actually wanted to manage all 3 team and couldn’t find the way only sacking the head coach of u20 and u18 I was able to be in charge
If you have a u20-u18 head coach you can’t actively managed u18-u20

Maybe you need to ask the board to allow you to hire an head coach for those because maybe they didn’t allow it like for set piece coach that is at 0 allowed and you have to request the board

What probably was happening to you is, you had a main coach on the U20 team, but they arranged a friendly match and it had changed that you manage the friendlies and the manager manages the competitions
