Manager Wage issue and Local council blocks planning permission

Hi,

I am playing a game and I am having 2 main issues, I hope you have some info on it. I play eredivisie with a team I got there from the Dutch Third class. I still don't get a wage, which is weird. I was hoping to get one of the achievements...

I also have been trying to upgrade my stadium for the last 7 years, I am playing Eredivisie with a total capacity of 825 people... Every time it get's canceled by the council. Any ideas why this is?

Also, quick addition and tip for FM25, add a small military coup simulator for when the council be like this.

Some clubs are hard coded to not get stadium upgrades. I don't know if yours is one of them, you may want to consider a new save if you are achievement farming.

It's an expanded thing, we have a save using the lower classes of the Dutch football scene, like really low... I doubt someone would have done that in the database. Yet every year planning permission for expanding says no. Another friend I play with has gotten her stadium up to 25.000+ at this point...

did you go pro? you have ask your board if you can get a pro license.
i had the same issue with VV Dongen but now it works

Yes, I had a pro license and the club was already pro. You will go pro in the KKD whatever happends and I am eredivisie. Now my club got takenover and I now have a modest 300K salary, so that's a thing... but my planning permission keeps being denied. I have played 5 years of Eredivisie now and I have a 825 cap stadium...

Out of interest, have you qualified for Europe? I'm just thinking that there's minimum stadium capacity requirements, and perhaps qualifying would force your game to come up with some alternative solution? I've never heard of a council not providing planning permission though!

Game only goes to Dutch level 2. There could be an issue with the database you're using. Stadiums only have a set amount they can expand to, but you should have had a new stadium built by now.
You can try and message the creator of the database or you can use the editor to tweak the numbers. Even if you just tweak the allowable expansion size.

The problem lies in the rules of the league where you play, which should be updated and not allow a team to play in the first league with a stadium with this capacity and therefore, your club would be forced to build a new stadium or increase the capacity since they They didn't do it through free arbitration, try to find an upgrade that updates the league's database, because there are requirements to play in first level leagues and one of them is to have a stadium that matches the league's requirements, if it doesn't exist it's a mistake in league rules .
- If you have added this league rule your managers will be required to make changes to the facilities.
- Or maybe they don't because you don't have enough money for it If you fill the club's coffers with money, you'll see if they don't make improvements to the facilities.

Your only viable option is to buy FMRTE and edit it that way
