Some individual club rights were unavailable for extension, so they've removed those from the game. This is not a development patch, but rather removal of content so the game can exist for purchase/gamepass into '25

24/25 season database ftw
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

In a brief note SI just posted I found this: "Please note that while the vast majority of our FM24 licenses have been extended for this period, some individual club rights were unavailable for extension. As such, we’ve rolled out a small update across most platforms to remove some assets from those clubs."
So basically they cut too much content from fm25 they are now cutting it from fm24 (this is a lighthearted joke)

Is this a joke? Just remove the game from sale then. Instead of removing content from it.

its all about money, they want to continue bringing in funds while they cook fm25. We get shafted for it.

Wtf.

Because of SI's stupidity FM2025 comes six months later. As a thank you, they're now removing content from FM2024 even though the game is ours. Now we have to modd some stuff back into the game? Instead they made a official update for a 2025 database for us they take away stuff. SI really like their community, mmh?

Seriously?!

Bro ♥♥♥♥ off, its bad enough your incompetence has delayed the series by a year without putting in an unnecessary update that will break stuff for the modders who are better at developing your game than your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ devs are.

Seriously???? If SI force an update to remove content customers already payed for, an option for a full refund should also be in here! No just a "thank you note for your continued patience and support.

you could report the game on store page, but i doubt its going to do anything. I tried before, didnt see anything done.
