what can i do if player keep requested new contract?

I play brighton for 2 seasons, almost all players will desire a new contract every 6 months, even he play like ♥♥♥♥ (average less than 7) but they still ask for a new deal to reflect their ability. Some player even have a very long contract time such as 4 years but he still insist he is underpay. If I reject him, his friends in team will go unhappy. I think it is very stupid design and in reality, player won't ask for new deal for every 6 months!! (unless there is a big improve on performance). It is very frustrating and anyone has solution to fix (with in game setting / method instead of using editor)

There are 3 things you can do here…

1. Renew player contracts every 6 months!
2. Discuss issue with them!
3. If all else fails then SELL them!

1. Always renew player contracts every 6 months. Yes you have to pay them more but you will pay them less than if they ask for more!

2. Discuss issue with them, use the club cannot afford it or prove your worth it. They have the most success.

Side note - you need to max out, Man Management, Level of Discipline, the manager attributes at the start of the game to get the best results

Man Management – The overall management of training and the nature of your interactions with players on an individual basis.

Level of Discipline – The likelihood of players bringing their concerns to you; a strict manager will find players less likely to confront them with minor issues.

if force to sell them, usually will sell below price. same price can't buy the replacement with same level.

crazy, keep asking new contract for every 6 months and non-stop, very annoying
