起動しなくなってしまった

Football manager2024を起動すると、まずロード中と出ます。その後一向にその画面から変わらず、ゲームの開始ができません。どうすればいいでしょうか？
すでにキャッシュのクリアや、ドライバーの更新は行っています。ゲームのアンインストールも行っています。
