Report a translation problem
1. The game can drop from 120fps for me to 30-60 in cutscenes and menus. Nothing you can do about it really.
2. If you have auto hdr or hdr, shut it off for Football Manager - this actually helps strangely enough.
3. If you have gsync, it can help setting it to fixed refreshrate in the control panel.
A few years ago I had the weirdest bug where my game would stutter constantly and was unplayable. If I opened up a browser and just watched a video like youtube, it would suddenly make FM smooth as butter. I reported this (as I have been a tester for SI) and some thought what I was saying was insane. I showed how I replicated it.
Next patch, the issue was gone.
Me thinks they left to go to unity for this very reason. So many weird graphical issues on the old engine.
