A way for ass man to rotate players during sim?

I play the game in the office and I usually sim games, I just noticed that my ass man doesnt rotate players or use the sub. Is there a way for this?

Goto your TACTICS screen and then goto MATCH PLAN and setup a plan with 3 situations inside that plan, set one for WHEN DRAWING + ONE FOR WINNING BY 1+ goals and ONE FOR LOSING BY 1+ GOALS, CHOOSE TACTIC TO USE, and then at bottom of that screen CHOOSE ANY TIME for SUBS.

Set this up for all 3 situations and make sure that the GAME PLAN you have setup is used for NEXT MATCH and then Assistant Manager will use that for any of those 3 situations during the game.
