Loan out offers can only be bad?
I don't know if i'm doing something bad, but I can't get a decent offer for a wonderkid loan out.

Here's the situation:

I manage Hansa Rostock, after some 6 seasons in BL1 we finally just so beat Bayern to the title. Apart from that, last 4 seasons regularly in european football with a Conference League title. So I would say we are more than established club.

Since having not a lot of money, I had to take the route of extending scouting and finding wonderkids from all kinds of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the world. Eventually, I ended up with a rather young squad and now I have players between 20-23 that are like 3 stars CA and 5 PA ( I know they are relative but 3 stars is for me now good bundesliga player) and I need them to play to further develop. I don't have enough space so I try to find good teams to loan the players out. The problem is - they don't offer not nearly enough money.

Example A:
A 23 y/o GK from Brazil (named Cristiano Ronaldo) - CA 3,5* PA 5* - value 85-93M EUR
I have two similar wonderkids GKs so I preffered one loaned out.

Man City came in with offer:
Regular starter
100% wages
100K EUR monthly used
200K EUR monthly unused

Absolutely laughable offer. Had I tried to get similar player from them, they would have wanted at least 1M used and 2M unused.

I had the audacity to ask for 250K used, 500K unused and they ended the negotiations, no discussion.

Example B (not a wonderkid though):
22 y/o CB - 2* CA 3* PA - 14-15M EUR value

Tottenham came in with the loan offer:
Regular starter
50% wages
0 monthly used
0 monthly unused

No wiggle room for negotiation, they always insist on this.

How is this ♥♥♥♥ possible. I barely break even loaning players out and have not been able to make any money this way (as I was used to in previous FMs).

In 2019 it was better (not from my view optimal, though):

There I could get for a 80M worth wonderkid this deal for a 1 year loan:
500K EUR monthly
100% wages
important player

Now that's not optimal, cause if I have 80M wonderkid on a 5 year contract, my reasoning for a 1 year long loan would be to expect a 1/5 of his worth -> 16M worth loan offer - which would never happen, all I could get was usually between 3-6M a year loan offer.... which is a long way from optimal, but it is a little bit of profit nonetheless... this year it's just broken

Seriously?
I am so sorry this has happened to you while you are trying to cheese the game by hoarding Wonderkids and expecting the other teams to not only pay their salaries and millions in extra payments. I hope you somehow manage.

Gee if that got you going, do not ever look into La Masia and their hoarding of wonderkids...

But you are right - I would expect teams to pay the loanees' salaries and some! Especially considering how much the opposition usually wants.

Got me going? LOL!
You are the one writing a couple of thesis posts about getting screwed over for not being able to fleece AI teams while hoarding wonderkids and wanting them to train and develop them for you while paying you an arm and a leg to do it.
I am just trying to offer some sympathy for this horrible plight you are suffering.
I hope it gets better for you,

Okay. So what is your target by loaning out player?

Experience or Saving wages?

I mean your club are established but how high it is on reputation?

I'd consider myself lucky if higher level club in higher level league like Premier League would want my player on loan, with 100% wage paid and promise of regular football.

You're running a club not rentals.

I think those numbers are completely normal and fine. And the AI also doesn't demand absurd money if a players is on the loan list.

The salary and the loan fee depends on the players reputation I think. And don't forget that the star rating is the ability/potential of a player compared to the rest of YOUR team. It is not an universal rating and 5 stars at Rostock could mean 2 stars at ManCity. This is base knowledge, I don't understand how you not know this if you have played FM before.

Yeah I know that's why in the first post there is "3 stars CA and 5 PA ( I know they are relative but 3 stars is for me now good bundesliga player)"

Dw mate. Loan have been horrible since 2020. Its nearly impossible loaning out a player for good value.
I have stopped caring for that after some time cuz It doesnt help me if the players stay in my club...
IBut I honestly think we need a serious change to loans and transfers in general. Because Its annoying you cant offer a contract before making promises. Or that Loan settings apply and even when you have a loan manager you are still bombarded by a bazilion loan offers. (I know how to work around it but its still very annoying.)

I would love to set my Loan settings for all Players on my Loan list (not talent list) and that my Loan manager accepts all that fullfill the criteria and reject all who dont.
