How to change the logo for a single club?

I've started a lower-league save and would like to add a custom logo to my team only. I'm already using a lower pack that handles all I want, I only want to change my own club's logo, since it's one of the generic FM presets. I already have my new logo in hand, with a transparent background. What can I do to make the game assign it to my team?

Just add this into the config, replacing the still in bold with the team ID, when in game clear cache and reload skin and they should show

Do the same to get the small icons but change "logo" to "icon"
