is determination drops more than before?

almost all of my young players have determination drop issues, yes the determination of my team's leaders are not high (12-14) but I feel the drops are too much and too fast, it is not easy to replace the team leaders in short period of time

In my experience, not just in this version, determination is easily the most malleable attribute. If you have youngsters with 20 det come into a team full of influential players with much lower determination or drastically different personalities the DET will plummet and there's not much you can do about it. Biggest change I've seen in one season is -7 but it's usually 2-5.
