How to remove FFP rules?

How do i remove the financial fair play rules for Champions League? I've searched online, found a few things but it's waaaay to complicated. Does anyoane have an .xml file with those rules removed please? I want to make a "Dream Team" just for fun. But the FFP will stop me from doing it -.-
