Game Stuck on Loading Screen

As described - I've had a look on the forums and most say to remove preferences and cache folders and restart from there. This still doesn't work for me - left it for 15 minutes but won't go past loading screen when game is starting.

Anyone else currently experiencing this issue or know a fix?

I to remove my caches and/or preferences folders in Football Manager. Now the game is working.

so removing all the files from the folder in the top sega support link does sort the game - but copied files back and it stopped working again..

It helped only for 1 launch.
Even uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either.

I seem to have a fix - I removed the facepack I had installed from the workshop and its loaded fine. Might be worth trying with and workshop items removed from the folders.

Fingers crossed everyone gets it sorted!

I removed everything from the workshop and then added everything a few at a time. Did not add facepack and logo. Everything works.
