Black Screen Fix On Main Menu

If you load the game and the main menu is a black screen then this is most likely a Skin issue. You might have installed a downloaded Skin or clear cached the current skin. Sometimes this can cause issues.

How I fixed this issue for my friend was this..
Go to where your Documents folder is and remove the entire Football Manager 20** folder. And drop it onto your desktop.
Location is:
Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2024

Reload Football Manager and this will recreate a new Football Manager folder.
Restart the game and the default Skin should be loaded and repaired.

If you have any saved games or tactics, you can drag and drop the folders (games, tactics..etc) from the Football Manager folder that you placed on the desktop into the new Football Manger folder that was created. You can probably move most of the old folders over into the new folder but I wouldnt recommend moving the 'Skins' folder over because I believe it to be the issue that caused the black screen.

You could probably just delete the 'Skins' folder from the original folder instead of removing the entire Football Manager folder to the desktop. But I thought it would be best for the game to build a whole new original Football Manager folder like it does when you first load the game.

I hope this helps some people to fix their black screen issue. Sorry for the people that this didnt help.
