Cannot find any tactics folders on Mac

Does anybody know why I can't find any of my subscribed tactics anymore? This is not just for FM24, when I try to find FM23 I just can't find anything - not even a tactics folder. I moved from the default 'add tactic' folder to add a downloaded tactic, now I can't get back to the original location. Thanks.
