It might actually be called management style focus, I just do not know how important it can be for a long play through
There is no real answer as IRL every maanger has their own style
Personally i am a motivator, with mental att and def
but i also have multiple saves with different styles also
The green bars have an influence on some technical aspects in the game, eg. Determination governs how effectively you get thing done with your club's board and so on.
You can read about it in the character creation screen when you hover the cursor over the small circle with a question mark in it.
The green ones on the left are mainly good if you want to roleplay (like say you want to do fitness and set pieces if you are an 80s old school tough guy) or if you want to manage a lower league team and immediately coach well in a particular aspect as it will help you fill in one of the training slots. Maybe you won't have the budget to get coaches so this can help you run training immediately. I tend to put points in mental or tactical since that makes the most sense for me personally if I am the boss man who "leads training".
If you play long term, the attributes will grow naturally depending on how you do in the save so you will end up pretty well rounded. The attributes on the left will grow over time as you lead training in particular ways, whereas the others will grow when you manage to influence people and so on. The ones on the left imo are easier to grow in a targeted way, you just have to keep the same training role over the years.
thank you for the help
