La Liga 2 B-team Salary Caps

My 10 year, 400+ hour Malaga save is now bricked because my B-team's Salary Cap is not increasing with my club stature. Youth players with La Liga level potential want competitive salaries and now I cannot register more than 10 of my U23 prospects before the season. The entire reason I played in spain for my Build an Academy save was for the 2nd league B team participation. And now it turns out that's actually a detriment. The Spanish Salary cap is annoying to manage for the first team (but managable, even though I have 150M+ in balance I cannot spend) and totally draconian for your youth teams.

As best I can tell the in game editor is for new saves too, so I just have to run with a total of 12 players in La Liga 2. Unless I want to risk moving the 15 year-olds on the U19 team, which is worse for their development. Totally deflating and now a save I was enjoying is all but dead.

I have the same problem with Real Sociedad. I pay 16-17 million wage budget for my B team but the salary cap in the 2nd League is only 5 million for my team. Even though I make record profits, my B Teams salary is capped hardcoded. I can pay over 125 million Wage Budget for my first team, but I'm only allowed to spend 5 million Wage Budget for my B Team.
