Substitutions despite match plan substitution permission no

In regular matches there are automatic substitutions even in the first half. I've set the substitution permission in match plans to no, so I'm really confused why multiple substitutions take place. The off players are not injured or anything.

they could be taken off in danger of getting another yellow card, which will see them banned for 1+ matches.
