Assuming you can't offload them for free then your best option would be to offer mutual termination. If they accept it saves a bit of money over outright terminating contract.
Sometimes your board will not allow it though.

if someone really piss me off i move it in the U20 team and let the U20 head coach deal with him he will be pissed and mad and will want to leave so it's a win win (since his moral wont influence the main team)

set surplus to requirements, set asking price to 0. Sometimes that still isn't enough but you might be able to loan him out for the rest of his contract-not ideal unless you get his salary covered but an option to get rid of a ringleader before he poisons the rest of the squad.
